Missions
To demonstrate our love for Christ and for one another, the members of St. Paul’s consider it is a joy and privilege to offer our time, money, and talents to a needy world. Throughout the year, we seek to support a variety of programs and organizations. Some provide aid locally; others reach out both nationally and internationally.
Among our missions are the following:
Birdsboro Food Bank at Birdsboro Community Center
Food is collected on a weekly basis to serve the needs of those in the Birdsboro area.
In the fall we collect school supplies and distribute them through through the food bank.
Financial donations are also collected to allow the food bank to purchase needed items at subsidized and bulk rates.
$1 can be multipled up to 20 times through these means.
Donations can be mailed either to St. Paul's or directly to the food bank.

Hopewell Love In the Name of Christ (Love INC)
Through Hopewell Love INC, we join other community churches to be the Body of Chirst in this region of Berks and Montgomery County.
We discover how we might house the homeless, feed the hungry, clothe the naked, and simply be a loving neighbor to those in need in our communities.
The Community Table in Birdsboro is one of the monthly ministries.
Every first Tuesday of each month, local churches take turns to host a free community meal where all are invited to come and share in a meal of plenty and a fellowship of love.
The meals are hosted at the Birdsboro Community Library.
Check out the calendar for more information.

Bethany Children’s Home in Womelsdorf
Since 1863 Bethany has provided residential services for children and adolescents who come abusive and broken homes. Here they find a place of stability, healthy love, acceptance, patience, and attentive care, which otherwise they would never have known in their life.
Some children come temporarily for crisis housing.
Some children grow up on the campus when they are no longer able to return to a parent's home.
We offer monetary support and join in their annual Christmas gift drive.

Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’Then the King will reply, ‘I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.’
Matthew 25: 37-40 (NIV)
